VIDEO: Whitney Leavitt Celebrates “Chicago” Success With Tattoo

After getting her start on “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” Whitney Leavitt’s career has only skyrocketed.

She competed on “Dancing With the Stars” season 34 with superstar Mark Ballas. From there, she went on to accept a starring role as Roxie Hart in “Chicago” on Broadway.

To celebrate her massive success, Whitney decided it was time to make a major change. See what she had to share with fans.

Whitney Leavitt Chooses a New Tattoo to Commemorate “Chicago”

Since Whitney Leavitt joined the cast, “Chicago” on Broadway has been absolutely smashing box office records. Sales are only expected to rise now that Mark Ballas has announced he will join the show for a limited run.

“Holding myself accountable,” Whitney shared on Instagram, attaching an exciting video. “Still can’t believe we broke @chicagomusical highest grossing ticket sale record! What makes this moment even more special is Conner hand drew the design.”

“Just A Girl” by No Doubt plays as Whitney seems to get a neck tattoo. In the video, fans can see Conner sketching the design out on paper. Whitney seems to love the image and gives her husband a celebratory kiss before laying her head down for the tattoo artist.

Although the Leavitts seem particularly pleased with the end result, fans never quite see a clear image of the final result. Many fans begged for an epic reveal video, noting they couldn’t wait to see it.

Whitney’s “Mormon Wives” co-star Mayci Neeley wrote that she was so proud of Whitney for getting the tattoo, calling her a “queen.”

However, not everyone believed that the mother of three would go through with the ink.

“Uuuhh I need a photo to know this is real. Text me one RIGHT NOW,” Mark Ballas commented, attaching several laughing emojis.

Another “Mormon Wives” Star Faces Major Controversy

Whitney Leavitt is having the time of her life amid her breakout success. However, the same can’t be said for all of her “Mormon Wives” co-stars.

Hulu stopped filming the show’s fifth season as allegations against Taylor Frankie Paul circle. TMZ reports that a fight between Taylor and her on-again, off-again partner, Dakota Mortensen escalated to the point that filming was no longer possible.

The controversy escalated since Taylor is also the latest Bachelorette. Fans are waiting to see if ABC will air her season as planned.

All four seasons of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” are available to stream on Hulu. “Dancing With the Stars” will likely premiere on ABC later this fall.
