Madonna Goes Pantsless in Semi-Sheer Bra and Corset With Unexpected Accessory

Madonna is revisiting some of her boldest looks of the year.

The 68-year-old singer shared a collection of behind-the-scenes photographs from recent shoots for publications including “Vogue Italia” and “Interview Magazine.”

One look featured a semi-sheer nude bra, a matching corset, and fishnet tights, but Madonna’s unexpected pair of kneepads added a playful twist to the pantsless ensemble.

Madonna Paired Her Corset With Gold Heels

Madonna completed the nude look with glittering gold heels, creating a glamorous contrast against the outfit’s utilitarian kneepads.

Another photograph provided a closer look at the semi-sheer bra and corset. The performer also modeled a variation of the ensemble featuring another nude bra worn with a black corset and nude tights.

Corsetry has long been an important part of Madonna’s visual identity. From her famous Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra to the lingerie-inspired costumes worn throughout her career, the singer has consistently transformed undergarments into statement pieces.

“Paint me with your memory, and not with your eyes…….💕👀,” she captioned the carousel.

The line comes from “School,” a song featured on Madonna’s new album, “Confessions II.”

A Fitting inspired Her New Album Cover

Madonna also recently explained the story behind the album’s striking cover, which shows her draped in a purple veil.

The image was not part of the shoot’s original plan. While trying on clothing, Madonna discovered a piece of fabric and became interested in how it could create movement in the photographs.

“It wasn’t something intentional, but when I was doing the fittings I found this beautiful piece of fabric and I said, ‘Oh it would be so great to have movement,’” she told “Vogue Italia.”

Madonna later posed on top of a speaker resembling a church altar and placed the fabric over her head.

“I become like a saint, like ‘la Madonna,’” she explained. “It turned into a kind of religious image, a revelation.”

The spontaneous styling decision reflected the religious imagery Madonna has repeatedly explored through her music, fashion and performances.

“That’s what happens when you work with the right people,” she added. “That’s how you make art.”

Madonna Recently Celebrated Her Twin Daughters

The singer’s latest fashion retrospective arrived one week after she celebrated her twin daughters, Stella and Estere, turning 14.

Madonna marked the occasion with an emotional Instagram tribute featuring photographs of the teenagers throughout the years.

“So full of Life, Music, and Opinions,” she wrote. “I can’t believe you’re 14!!!”

The Grammy winner recalled feeling an immediate connection to Stella and Estere when she met them at the Home of Hope orphanage in Malawi. Madonna adopted the twins in 2017 when they were 4 years old.

“You have grown into beautiful young women,” she continued. “So Sassy!! Like all of your sisters, you do not suffer fools gladly. Malawian Queens. Long may you Reign.”

Between preparing new music and celebrating her family, Madonna continues to approach every chapter with the same provocative spirit that has defined her career. Her latest photographs prove that even kneepads can become a high-fashion accessory when the Queen of Pop wears them.
