In a recent Instagram post, Drew showed off one of the beautifully handcrafted hats made by Edwina Ibbotson that she will be donning as Hedda Hopper in “Jimmy.”

Ibbotson shared another glimpse of Drew on her own Instagram, where she also revealed in the caption of the post that she not only crafted hats for Hedda Hopper, she also made a piece for Lilley’s character, Gloria Stewart.
What Can Fans Expect From the Upcoming ‘Jimmy’ Biopic?
The movie chronicles Pennsylvania-native Stewart’s rise in Hollywood, including winning an Academy Award for his work in “The Philadelphia Story,” before enlisting in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a combat pilot at the beginning of World War II. Not long after his return home, he starred in Capra’s “It’s a Wonderful Life” in 1946, according to Variety.
In the ensemble cast led by KJ Apa as Stewart himself, Drew takes on the role of Hedda Hopper, an iconic Hollywood gossip columnist. Lilley will portray Gloria Stewart, Jimmy Stewart’s wife. The cast also includes Jason Alexander as Louis B. Mayer, Max Casella as Frank Capra, and Julian Works as Second Lieutenant Martinez.
“Jimmy,” directed by Aaron Burns, is scheduled to be released in theaters in the United States on November 6, 2026.
Drew to Star in Hallmark’s Newest Film ‘The Stars Between Us’
Starring opposite Matt Long, Drew will be taking on the role of Kim in the upcoming Hallmark Channel movie “The Stars Between Us,” which premieres on Saturday, February 21 as part of their 2026 “Loveuary” programming event.
The synopsis of “The Stars Between Us,” reads, “Seven years ago, Kim made a connection with a stranger during an eclipse event. Now a fledgling news reporter, Kim returns to Illinois for this year’s eclipse, unaware that their paths may cross again.”
