Likely instigating gasps heard ’round the world, from office cubicles to carpool lines, the “Three Wisest Men” star gifted his fandom — affectionately known as the Hynies — with a collection of tropical snapshots that started with him shirtless, walking along the beach as the sun set on the horizon.

Hynes certainly deserved to start 2026 with a little R&R after a jam-packed fourth quarter that included two highly anticipated Hallmark movie premieres (“Three Wisest Men” and “Christmas Above the Clouds”), fan events across the U.S., and filming a special new movie expected to premiere this year (more on that later!).

Based on the photos and videos Hynes shared, he returned to a tropical spot he’d been before, with the same location featured in a post from Earth Day 2025. One fan even noted, “Beautiful place😍. I can see why you make it your January home. Pura Vida🤙🤍😌”

Hynes’ latest post showcased a relaxing time away where he was able to skateboard and surf in the sunshine, relax with a beer by the ocean, and take in the local culture. He even shared a video from a tiny Pura Vida plane, often used by tourists in Costa Rica, and monkeys playing in the trees.
