Christina Aguilera sparked an excited buzz on Wednesday, March 4, when she shared photos of herself that some think suggest that new music might be coming from the superstar singer.
Taking to Instagram to post pics of herself, the first image featured the star covered in a clear material that appeared to be plastic wrap. Along with making up a lingerie-like piece, she also had the wrap around her head and neck. Another photo in the collection showed more of the unique outfit.
Still more photos show the former ‘The Voice’ coach with broken mirrors and sitting with ropes that make it seem like she’s in a boxing ring. In the caption, she wrote, “loading…”

Getty“There is new music that is being made,” Aguilera said during an interview on the “Jennifer Hudson Show” in December 2025.
“It’s been, you know, I do take a minute,” she added. “But it’s to really be thoughtful with what I put out. I’m not someone that’s just like, ‘Oh, let me just keep pumping it out.’”
“Integrity really matters to me,” the singer went on to say. “I’m a message girl, and I really like to absorb what’s happening in the world, things that are really moving me and affecting people, to really put thought into it. And it’s going to be a really personal project coming up. It’ll tie in with a very personal documentary that we’ve been filming for the last few years.”
