Actor Eric Dane has tragically passed away and another actor who worked with him two decades ago has spoken out about his passing.
53-year-old Dane — who appeared in movies like 2006’s “X-Men: The Last Stand,” 2010’s “Valentine’s Day,” and 2024’s “Bad Boys: Ride or Die,” and television shows like “Charmed,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “Euphoria” (per IMDb) — had been battling amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) since 2025.
A plethora of stars have paid tribute to Dane, who left us far too young. They include “Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson, who said he was “heartbroken” at the news, and several actors who have worked alongside the actor over the years.
One of those actors is John Stamos. Stamos, 62, starred alongside Dane in a made-for-television movie called “Wedding Wars,” which aired on A&E in 2006. In the film, Stamos portrays a gay wedding planner named Shel Grandy, and Dane plays his brother, Ben Grandy, whose wedding Shel organizes.
Stamos remembered Dane fondly on social media.
