Nicole Kidman has reportedly sold one of her apartments in Sydney, amid reports that Keith Urban has moved on.
The award-winning actress is said to have sold the three-bedroom Milson’s Point apartment for $8.5 million, according to The Daily Mail.
The luxury residence sits on the 15th floor of the exclusive Latitude complex on Lavender Street and features stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.
Kidman reportedly purchased the apartment for $7.725 million in 2023, netting an estimated $775,000 windfall from the sale.

Earlier this month, Kidman and Urban finalized their divorce and agreed to split their $282 million property, with each keeping what is already in their possession, The Daily Mail reported.
Some of the real estate properties in their portfolio include at least six apartments in a single high-rise block in Sydney, a Manhattan duplex, as well as mansions in Beverly Hills and Nashville, the outlet noted.
Country Singer Denies Moving In With Keith Urban

A source told The Daily Mail that the former “American Idol” judge moved in with his new girlfriend after his high-profile divorce from Kidman.
“I hear he [Urban] has someone, which is why the girls are publicly supporting Mom,” a source revealed to the outlet in the comments. “People think they are even living together.”
However, Collins quickly shuts down the rumors, denying that she and Urban are currently living together. The singer took to her Instagram Story to set the record straight.
“Y’all, this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and untrue,” she captioned her post.
Collins performed as one of the opening acts on Urban’s “High and Alive” tour in 2025. The two are also scheduled to perform this summer at the Lakefront Music Fest in Prior Lake, Minnesota.
Urban was previously linked to guitarist Maggie Baugh, but a friend denied the claims, telling Taste of Country they were “absolutely not true.”
Meanwhile, Urban told Dann Huff that he wants to focus on a simpler life this year. “Simplifying is my journey this year,” he revealed in his first interview since the divorce.
Kidman and Urban parted ways after 19 years of marriage in September 2025.
