“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” season 6 introduced a new “friend-of,” Utah socialite Amy Steele. She popped up in the second episode, during which she threw an upscale bash that ended with Lisa Barlow and Bronwyn Newport hurling insults at each other.
Steele has shown up again in following episodes, but not much has been divulged about her, other than Heather Gay describing her as the “who’s who of Salt Lake City.”
So who is this ultra-rich Salt Lake City resident, and what does she do? Here’s everything to know about the glamorous Steele.
Steele Runs a Beauty Business
Just like Gay, Steele owns a med-spa in Utah named The Steele Vault. According to the website, the esthetician received her degree from the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology.
Steele Vault’s services include injectables, chemical peels, facials, microneedling, and other cosmetic procedures.
“At The Steele Vault, beauty isn’t just skin deep — we’re redefining self-care by merging high-performance aesthetic treatments with cutting-edge wellness therapies,” the company described on Instagram.
The description continued, “From glowing skin to cellular-level healing, our new services like peptides, red light therapy, and Flowpresso are designed to help you look and feel your best — inside and out. Because real radiance starts from within.”
The business opened in 2020, and Steele celebrated a milestone on September 25. “Our 5-Year Anniversary was everything we dreamed of! Specials, swag, demos, and YOU. Thank you for making it unforgettable,” the spa’s website shared.
One of the employees wrote, “We have the best clients! Such a fun night celebrating! Thank you all so much for your support.”
‘RHOSLC’ Fans Love Steele
Although Steele has had very little screen time on “RHOSLC” so far, fans are loving her calm energy. Podcaster Gibson Johns posted on X, “I kind of need to know more about Amy the Utah socialite and why she randomly threw a soirée to be filmed for ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.'”
Another viewer wrote, “even though Amy the Utah Socialite didn’t have much screentime this episode she clearly knocked it out of the park. if she doesn’t want to return to RHOSLC i definitely see potential for a spinoff?”

Steele has kept herself out of the housewives’ drama so far, so it remains to be seen if she’ll be a present figure in “RHOSLC,” but it’s apparent that fans are digging her cool vibe.
