Season six of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” has been on for several weeks now. So far, Angie Katsanevas and Lisa Barlow have been at odds. Following an intense episode, Katsanevas is opening up about where she stands with both Barlow and Mary Cosby. This comes ahead of her “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition” episode.
Katsanevas recently interviewed with Entertainment Tonight’s Brice Sander. During the conversation, he mentioned how dramatic things got between her and Barlow. In reflecting on the drama, she admitted, “I’m not proud of going that low, but I am learning something from it.”
She continued, “I am learning that I’m not going to react like this with her again. I’m not going to give her that. It’s like, I’m not going to give her my peace.”
Sander then asked Katsanevas where she stands with Barlow today. He noted that Barlow downplayed her being in the center for the cast photo.
The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star responded, “That was definitely her way of just trying to downplay center snowflake.” She went on to say that she wasn’t surprised that Barlow would try to detract from her accomplishments.
She Also Revealed Where She Stands with Mary Cosby
Before season six of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” started, it was revealed that Katsanevas and Cosby had suffered a bit of a falling out. Their issues finally presented themselves on the show with Cosby stating that she was done with Katsanevas.
During the Entertainment Tonight interview, Sander revealed that Cosby shows up during Katsanevas’s episode of “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition.” Regarding where they stand today, she said, “Mary, it was great. She came. She was worried about me. I had no cell service, so that stressed her out because she couldn’t get a hold of me.”
Katsanevas continued, “Mary and I are in a good place.” She also said she understood why Cosby became upset with her during the filming of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”
Katsanevas’s ‘Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition’ Airs Soon
Bravo announced its new “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition” in May 2025. According to Deadline, the series is set to premiere on October 21, with Katsanevas’s episode being the first following a scheduling change.
As the title suggests, the show features “Housewives” stars swapping places with non-celebrities and their families. The other “Real Housewives stars are Wendy Osefo, Emily Simpson, and Melissa Gorga. Each week will feature a different Bravo star switching places with someone else.
Angie and Whitney struggle to feel equal to the rest of their castmates. Angie is always comparing her materialistic possessions and cosmetic businesses with Marx and Barlow. The problem is no matter what her businesses do, it won’t ever catch up to the designer/fashion businesses of Marx and Barlow. Whitney and Justin revealed too much info on their sex activities which got Justin fired from his high paying job. Whitney wants to shake up her”bad girl” image at the expense of her husband’s business reputation. Whitney is clearly a very immature individual that influences Angie to act immature alienating her friend Mary. Mary does not tolerate such a behavior.
