Rapper Fetty Wap, beloved for dropping fan-favorite hits such as “Trap Queen” and “679,” has been soaking up the love since his early prison release two weeks ago, and on January 20, he continued the celebrations by dancing with his fellow New Jersey native Gia Giudice.
Gia, the 25-year-old daughter of “RHONJ” star fan-favorite Teresa Giudice, captioned a TikTok post that has since racked up over 2 million views, “Now this is 2016.” In the video, she began a dance to the trending song “Big Guy” from “The SpongeBob Movie” with Fetty standing behind her before he stepped out to reveal himself.
Fans gleefully reacted to the unexpected crossover. One wrote, “Did not see this collab coming,” adding laughing and fire emojis.
Another person wrote, “Ummm the most unexpected duo, but you know what, yeah! Do it for Jersey, Gia!”
Although some onlookers were taken by surprise at seeing Gia and Fetty together, hardcore “Real Housewives of New Jersey” fans remember his appearance on the show in season 9 to surprise Milania at her album release party, which was documented by Page Six and other outlets.
Meanwhile, Gia’s younger sister, 19-year-old Milania, was mad she missed out on the fun with Fetty. She wrote, “I’m so sad I’m back at school.”
Fetty Wap Joined Jennifer Aydin for Family Dinner
The same day Gia shared her dance, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Jennifer Aydin posted a video of friends and family enjoying a dinner party with Fetty Wap as the guest of honor.
She captioned the post with the lyrics, “Hey, what’s up, hello!” from Fetty’s breakout 2015 hit before explaining the star joined them for “a little last-minute family dinner put together to host friends along with some new ones. She shouted out Teresa Giudice, saying the all-star was missed, before continuing, “Thanks to every for a great evening!”
As to Fetty, the mom of five sent him “special thanks” for being “so gracious to my family.” She gushed, “You and your family are welcome here anytime – at the house no one wants to leave!”
So how did Aydin get in contact with Fetty Wap? She explained in a comment, “My friend represents him-and he welcomed a home-cooked meal… at my house.”
Fetty Wap Has Wiped His Instagram Account
The rapper, whose full name is Zavier Jordan Maxwell, recently marked his new chapter by wiping all of his Instagram posts, and starting fresh with a single photo which he captioned with his initials.
Fans celebrated his upcoming new era, with one predicting, “Summer gonna hit different this year.” Another begged, “DROP THE TOUR DATES.”
