RHOC’s Gina Kirschenheiter, 41, and her fiancé, Travis Mullen, 40, recently announced their engagement in an interview with People, revealing they finally decided to say “I do” after six and a half years of dating. The blonde bombshell took to her Instagram on Saturday, Jan. 10, to share the intimate video of Mullen dropping to one knee — and it was everything fans have wanted for the Bravo star!
In the video, Mullen can be seen grabbing Kirschenheiter and pulling her in close as she stood with her jaw dropped to the floor. As Mullen explained to her why he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, the RHOC star continued to look completely shocked — yet ready for her new beginning.

Mullen popped the question outside of the home they stayed in during a ski vacation in Big Bear, Calif. Although Kirschenheiter had no indication of the planned proposal, she and Mullen’s blended family of six children had their annual New Year’s Eve “Fancy Dinner Night,” so her outfit was, of course, on point.
While wearing a fur jacket with a black top and matching pants, Kirschenheiter said “yes” to Mullen, who wore black slacks and a dark button-up shirt.
“Trying not to pass out,” she wrote as a text overlay on her video, captured by her stepdaughter, Presley.
Kirschenheiter explained in her caption how after being on television with Mullen for many years, his decision to propose to her offscreen meant more to her than he likely realized.

“After 8 years on television, what I loved most about this moment was that there were no cameras around except for my stepdaughter hiding in the woods. I will cherish this unexpected, simple, beautiful moment forever. Thank you Travis, I love you,” she wrote.
Throughout her time on RHOC, Kirschenheiter has been open about her hesitations in next steps with her now-fiancé. From living together – to Mullen moving out – to living together again, the mom-of-three had her doubts. While Mullen’s first wife, Meghan Mullen, played a role in Kirschenheiter’s baby steps, she ultimately couldn’t deny her love for the father-of-three.
In Kirschenheiter’s interview with People, she explained how after sliding into Mullen’s DMs on Instagram, they both fell for each other “hard and fast,” adding, “We have navigated through some pretty intense issues that life has handed us already, but it has only drawn us closer and made us stronger. He is truly my person and always has been.”
