Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna recently wrote a new book, “You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It.” In it, she made comments about her former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-star Sutton Stracke. Now, Kyle Richards is coming to her defense.
Rinna released her new book on February 24. Since publishing it, she’s faced criticism for a number of things she said, including discussing Stracke’s appearance.
Kyle Richards Stood Up For Sutton Stracke
BravoRichards hosted one of her Amazon Live sessions in March 2026. For the most part, she uses these sessions to highlight products from the retailer that she uses. However, fans also ask questions, especially about “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Luckily, Just Bookin’ Around on TikTok has the clip.
One of the questions was about what she thought about what Rinna wrote about Stracke in “You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It.” The RHOBH star said, “Not nice. I mean, you know, people have feelings.”
She continued, “It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do, we’re all human and we all have feelings and I just think [it’s] better not to comment on people’s bodies and Sutton’s beautiful.”
Fans weighed in on the clip, with many applauding Richards for defending Stracke. One person wrote, “I’m glad Kyle didn’t defend Rinna.” Someone else said, “Rinna is a bully just like Boz and Dorit too.”
Finally, another person wrote, “Rinna should be ashamed of herself for talking about Sutton’s body the way she did. Absolutely disgraceful.”

GettyRinna joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” during the show’s fourth season in 2014. In additon to her and Richards, the cast included Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards, Yolanda Hadid, and Eileen Davidson. Regarding Stracke, she didn’t join RHOBH until season 10.
Years passed, and Rinna left the long-running Bravo series in 2023. Per Bravo, she said at the time, “This is the longest job I have held in my 35-year career, and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run, and I am excited for what is to come!”
Following her exit, Richards gave an update in March of that year about where they stood. She said, according to Bravo, that she was “fine” with their status.
Richards also stated, “I’m just moving on from everything, and I had to put all that behind me, honestly. We were having some issues before. Obviously, you know that.” Still, she hoped they could get beyond their issues.

Please people don’t give Lisa Renna the time of the day. Her book sucks. She’s still the mean evil lady she was on the show. We all know Renna doesn’t eat either. That’s why her daughter is anorexia just like her mom. She’s still making the ladies cry on the show. Renna is going no where with her career that’s why she wrote a lousy rotten book about the woman. She out of the lime light and will do anything to make her seem important. Please everyone ignore the EVIL LADY….PERIOD
