Production on season 15 of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is set to begin soon. Ahead of filming, Melissa Gorga is sharing her hopes for the season and discussing the possibility of some former RHONJ stars returning.
Bravo confirmed in March 2026 that, in addition to Gorga, Teresa Giudice, and Dolores Catania would be returning for RHONJ season 15. Notably, this came after a lengthy hiatus, with the show last airing in August 2024.
Melissa Gorga Wants Authenticity on RHONJ Season 15
GettyGorga interviewed with US Weekly in April 2026. During a portion of the conversation, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” fan-favorite was asked what advice she would give the yet-to-be-named new cast members for RHONJ season 15.
She said, “I want them to be authentic, and I want them to know not to be nervous. I want us all to be as one on this show. I hope that they, kind of, put it all out there, and they don’t prewatch a lot. Just walk in with [your] real feelings and just show us what you got, girls.”
Gorga continued, “I want to learn about new people. We’ll learn about what they’re going through in their lives, about what they’re going through with their husbands and their families.” Regarding former cast members, Gorga feels that Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabral “didn’t get a fair shot.”
Additionally, the RHONJ star isn’t against people who haven’t been on the show in quite some time returning. According to her, “I mean, listen, I’m ready for Danielle [Staub] to come back. I think Kim [DePaola] would be fun. Let’s all hail Kim D.”
From there, she shared what she hopes fans see from her in RHONJ season 15: “growth.” Gorga explained, “I think a lot of the people who have been watching the show since my freshman year have seen me grow, and I feel like I’ve grown more in the past two years than ever.
I’m so comfortable in my skin now and saying what’s on my mind. I just want them to enjoy that with me, because it feels so freaking good to just say everything that I’m feeling.”

GettyGorga has been married to her husband, Joe Gorga, since 2004. The two share three children, and their family is often considered one of the best parts of RHONJ. Recently, she appeared on the “Legally Goff” podcast and discussed what surprises people about their marriage.
Gorga said, “I think people are shocked at how normal we are and how abnormal we are at the same time, if that makes sense.” Her husband, who was also in the episode, stated, “I mean, we just keep the old school values.
Like, I get up every day and go to work and just show them that we go to work and she hustles. We all hustle very hard. We always do as much as we can. If we’re not around, we just always have dinner together.”
