Ramona Singer Confirms New Show Featuring 6 Original ‘Real Housewives’ Stars

There has been significant hope that the legacy cast of “Real Housewives of New York City” would return to Bravo. Sadly, this doesn’t seem to be the case, and a new report says some of the ladies are headed to the E! network for a show. Former RHONY star Ramona Singer is now confirming.

Update: E! announced the new series, currently titled “The Golden Life,” on February 3. It will follow the ladies in Palm Beach.

Singer was recently on Instagram Live when she confirmed the news. Luckily, Bravo & Cocktails captured the clip. In it, she said, “I know you guys love watching me on Instagram, but guess what, it’s gonna be announced tomorrow, we’re gonna be filming for E TV. Six of the original Houseiwives so get ready for that.”

Former RHONY Star Dorinda Medley Reacted to The News

After Singer confirmed the new show featuring former RHONY cast members, Dorinda Medley, who appeared on the show for six seasons, reacted. She did so on her Reality Checked radio show, which she cohosts with Kiki Monique. The TikTok account Just Bookin Around captured the audio.

She said, “Yes. Can’t say much about that. Unfortunately. I wish I could. Of course, I’ve gotten hundreds and hundreds of messages directly.”

From there, she said fans should understand that these shows take time, noting her upcoming series, which Deadline reported was in development in 2024.

According to Medley, “But you have to keep in mind, too, keep in mind that I’m working on a show here up at Blue Stone Manor. So, you know, you gotta handle these things with a very gentle hand.”

Ultimately, Medley playfully wondered who the other person might be, as previous reports have named only five RHONY stars.

The Original Report Named 5 ‘Real Housewives of New York City’ Stars

Page Six reported in January 2026 that five RHONY stars had signed on for a new E! show. In additon to Singer, the ladies included Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Jill Zarin, and Kelly Bensimon. It was also stated that all involved hoped the show would air by the end of 2026.

It’s worth noting that this would mean the original RHONY cast would be jumping ship for a new network. This comes after Bravo rebooted “The Real Housewives of New York City” with a brand new cast in 2023.

Since then, the network has aired two seasons of the rebooted series. Then, Andy Cohen announced at BravoCon 2025 that they had a new cast in place for season three, but it has yet to be announced. According to US Weekly, he said, “We have a cast for The Real Housewives of New York City. We are gonna be filming in the next few months. Very excited about that. More to come about that.”
