‘RHOP’ Star Stacey Rusch Reveals the Truth About Her Divorce

Real Housewives of Potomac” star Stacey Rusch finally sits down with the other housewives confronts the questions about her marital status.

Is Stacey Back with Thiemo?

“As crazy as that sounds, I am back with my husband.” Stacey was open about her reconciliation with ex-husband Thiemo Rusch in the Season 10 premiere. The two sat down at dinner and discussed their relationship and how they should navigate moving forward.

The Rusch family spent Christmas vacation together for the sake of their daughter. They got the notification that their divorce was finalized while on vacation. The news prompted the two to really consider their relationship, and they realized that they wanted to give their marriage another shot. Now that their divorce is final, and they’ve found their way back to each other, Stacey just wants to go with the flow and focus on her and Thiemo as a couple instead.

However, Stacey’s fellow housewives aren’t so convinced that their divorce is as final as she’s claiming.

To find out the truth, Ashley Darby confronted Stacey directly in the season premiere. “Are you actually divorced?” Ashley asked her, point-blank.

“I am absolutely divorced,” Stacey replied. Despite Stacey’s insistence, Ashley pointed out the lack of available public records regarding their divorce.

This drama spilled over into Ashley’s Second Bloom Ball, where Gizelle Bryant sided with Ashley and her skepticism. “Do I think Stacey is divorced? No. Do I think that Stacey wants us to think that she filed for divorced, and now she’s back with her husband? Yes,” Gizelle said. “Girl, just tell the truth.”

The mystery surrounding the legality of Stacey and Thiemo’s divorce continued into episode 2, coming to a head at Angel Massie‘s home for her “Truth & Tranquilitea Party.”

“I’ve been praying about us a lot, you questioning my divorce and other things about my character,” Stacey told Ashley. She proceeded to show the housewives a legal “notification” that apparently she and Thiemo had received from the court. “The reason that I didn’t show this to you at your ball is because it wasn’t the time or the place, and I didn’t have a chance to speak to my husband about showing a document that is so sensitive and serious.”

In an attempt to finally put the entire situation to bed, Stacey admitted, “we are divorced, and we are getting back together.”

Gizelle was still unconvinced, noticing that there was no stamp on the document, nor was it notarized. “Stacey went to an app and made this,” she insisted.

Are the ‘RHOP’ Ladies Unfairly Coming for Stacey?

Following the second episode, Ashley and well-known house flipper and Bravo personality Jeff Lewis joined host Andy Cohen for “Watch What Happens Live.” Jeff revealed whether or not he thinks the housewives are going too hard on Stacey.

During their segment of “Brav-Oh No They Didn’t!” Cohen asked, “Jeff, overall, do you feel like the ladies are unfairly coming for Stacey, or would you do the same and question her?”

“Well, look, I like a direct answer, and I think she doesn’t do herself any favors,” said Lewis. “But that said, it feels like a lot, you know, they’re piling on.”
