Production on season 20 of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is expected to begin in February. Now, ahead of filming, Tamra Judge is opening up to Jeff Lewis about recent rumors regarding who may be coming back, in additon to Vicki Gunvalson.
Judge appeared on the January 27 episode of “Jeff Lewis Live.” While there, he brought up the previous reports that there would be a significant cast shake-up for season 20 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” He noted that production only let one person go and brought in someone else.
Judge said, “Did they only fire one person?” This led Lewis to say, “I heard maybe two.” From there, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star echoed that she had heard that two people were not returning to the long-running reality series.
We Have One Confirmed Exit From ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’
One of the two pieces of confirmed casting news for “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is that Katie Ginella isn’t returning. She announced the news on her official Instagram account on January 9, 2026.
Ginella told her fans, “After two seasons as a cast member on RHOC, the network has decided to move forward with season 20 without me. While disappointing, it’s not entirely surprising after seeing how season 19 played out. I’m incredibly grateful for the love and support I received – it was seen, felt, and deeply appreciated.”
Ginella, who joined the series for its 18th season, continued, “Representation matters, and I’m proud to have shown up authentically, even when it wasn’t easy. This chapter may be closing, but my voice and my story don’t end here.”
She received an outpouring of support after posting. Alexis Bellino from RHOC said, “You left with fans wanting more of you! That’s the best place to be!” Cynthia Bailey from RHOA said, “Wishing you all the best! One door closes & another WILL open!”
Judge replied, “I love you. Thankful for our friendship.”
Tamra Judge Will Be On ‘Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th’
Filming for “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th” is almost complete. Several ladies will appear on the show and Judge confirmed her status on social media. She did so by posting photos from the 80s-themed event that they filmed for the show.
The photo features not only Judge, but also former RHOC stars Jeana Keough and Jo De La Rosa. She captioned the photo, “Housewives just want to have fun, right? 🍊🩷 #RHOC.” Many longtime fans were happy to see the blast from the past.
One person said, “Yaaaaassssss Jo and Jeana omg I miss the OG’s ❤️” Someone else wrote, “I love your outfit. Brings back great memories🩷💚🩷💚🩷💚”
