Season 20 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is currently in production, with Vicki Gunvalson set to return after a years-long absence. Now, amid filming, RHOC fan-favorite Tamra Judge is giving an update on the show and comparing it to season 19.
Judge opened up about RHOC season 20 in an April 2026 episode of her “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast. She said, “Season 20 is pretty exciting. Especially coming off season 19, which was not great for me. I was in a really bad place. I feel like I’m in a much better place.”
Tamra Judge Says RHOC Season 20 Will Be Fun
GettyJudge continued teasing season 20 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” saying that there’s quite a bit in store for viewers. She first said that she’s “very thankful just to be on season 20.” Judge also noted that she’s now the longest-running RHOC cast member, as this will be her 16th season.
The 58-year-old continued, “I can’t say too much about what’s going on because I’ll get my [backside] handed to me. I think it’s going to be an amazing season. I think it’s going to be different. I think it feels different. … I’m so much happier.
Regarding the cast, Judge said she’s had “a lot of fun” before highlighting Gunvalson. According to her, “I love having Vicki back, for sure. It feels like home when she is on the show. It just kind of gives it that early feeling that we had way back in the early days.”
She went on, “We definitely have the core four there … who started in the early days. The new girls aren’t very new anymore. Jennifer is well-seasoned now. … It’s always fun to bring in a new cast member, but it’s great to have people who know each other.”
Season 20 of ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ Will Feature a Newbie
Some RHOC fans were expecting a major cast shakeup for the show’s 20th season. However, in the end, only Katie Ginella and Gretchen Rossi departed the long-running series. However, according to RealityTea, Gunvalson confirmed that former WWE star Carmella Garcia would be joining the show.
Per the outlet, the RHOC star shared a rumored cast for the show from the popular social media account Dorinda Deadly. It featured Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, Gina Kirschenheiter, Judge, and Gunvalson.
Many took Gunvalson’s sharing the graphic as confirmation of Garcia joining. Additionally, she has been seen filming with the cast.
Season 20 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is expected to air in 2026.
