Arroyave, 48, took to Instagram Stories on Monday to debut his relationship with a woman named Elsa.
“About last night,” Arroyave captioned a photo shared to his Instagram Story. The entrepreneur posed with Elsa in front of a scenic waterfront, both dressed in coordinated black outfits. Arroyave wore a fitted black suit with matching loafers, while Elsa stunned in a black cutout gown with platform heels. The pair smiled for the camera, embracing as they enjoyed their evening out.
Elsa’s Instagram profile is private, but her bio offers a glimpse into her lifestyle — she describes herself as someone who loves to “travel,” “collect moments,” “make memories,” and “leave … footprints,” according to Page Six.
The public reveal marks Arroyave’s first official relationship since Mellencamp filed for divorce in November 2024. The former couple had been married since 2011 and share three children. Arroyave also has a teenage daughter from his first marriage.
Teddi Mellencamp Shares Health Update Amid New Romance
Mellencamp’s life has also been in the spotlight recently — not just for her divorce, but for her ongoing health journey. The reality star revealed in early October that there is “no detectable cancer” in her system after a long battle with stage 4 melanoma.
Mellencamp was first diagnosed with skin cancer in 2022, but her condition worsened in late 2023 when doctors discovered multiple tumors on her brain and lungs. She told Nightline that she was given a 50/50 chance of survival following her diagnosis.
“Doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe had been growing for at least six months,” she previously shared, via NBC. Despite the grim outlook, Mellencamp began immunotherapy treatments that she says have saved her life.
“There is no detectable cancer in my body,” she announced on the October 3 episode of “Two T’s and a Pod” episode. “I’m not considered in remission or anything like that. I still am in immunotherapy, so I’m still fighting because you have to be.”
Even through their separation, Arroyave remained supportive of Mellencamp’s recovery.
Teddi Mellencamp Reconnects With Producer Ricci Rea
As Arroyave goes official with his new relationship, Mellencamp may be rekindling an old flame. Earlier this month, the RHOBH alum was spotted holding hands with producer Ricci Rea during an outing in Encino, California.
The pair originally dated in mid-2024 before briefly breaking up.
“It started getting to the point where it was starting to get a little bit more serious and I was like, ‘I don’t have the capacity for this right now,’” Mellencamp explained on the “Diamonds in the Rough” podcast in July. “He couldn’t be a nicer guy, but the timing sucks.”
