The “Live with Kelly and Mark” host took to Instagram to share a birthday bombshell about her husband of almost 30 years. Her remark didn’t go unnoticed by fans.

On March 30, Mark Consuelos turned 55. His milestone birthday was celebrated by those closest to him.
His wife, Kelly Ripa, noted that the former “All My Children” star is “a man who loves cake and party hats more than most people.” She added, “I love you.”
Along with the sweet message, Ripa shared a slideshow of ten photos. They spanned the actor’s life from childhood until the present day.
Consuelos responded, “I love you !!! Thank you. I do love cake more than most.”
Other celebrity friends joined in the online celebration of the daytime television star’s special day. Andy Cohen wrote, “HBD MARKKKKKKK!!!!” as did family friend and Ripa’s former “Hope and Faith” star Faith Ford and Carson Kressley.

Mark Consuelos is Kicking Off 55 in a Big Way
Along with celebrating a double-digit birthday, Mark Consuelos is also kicking off this new year by starring in his first Broadway play.
On March 27, the actor and talk show host began previews of his new comedy play, “Fallen Angels.” He co-stars in the play alongside Rose Byrne and Kelli O’Hara.
The Roundabout Theatre Company shared an Instagram post featuring the cast’s first curtain call. It showed the “Live With Kelly and Mark” host taking his bows alongside his fellow cast members.
Consuelos was the first to take a solo bow for his portrayal of Maurice Duclos. He was joined by Byrne and O’Hara (who play friends Julia and Jane) and castmates Christopher Fitzgerald (Willy Banbury), Aasif Mandvi (Fred Sterroll), and Tracee Chimo (Saunders).
This is the first time Mark Consuelos has opened a Broadway production. Appearing on the Great White Way has always been a bucket list moment for the former soap star. Today, he is living his dream.
