“The Young and the Restless” star Lucas Adams (Noah Newman) is asking fans for prayers and support following a horrific accident involving his sister, Audrie Farris.
The 32-year-old CBS soap actor shared details of the incident on his Instagram Stories. He included a photo of the truck that hit his sister, which was totaled in the crash.
“My sister was hit head-on by a drunk driver over the weekend,” Adams captioned the post. “Thankfully, she is going to be OK, but has a long road ahead of her as her hip and foot were broken.”

Adams went on to explain that her sister and her husband have eight children and “could use all the help they can get to get through this.”
He then shared Audrie’s Venmo account for those who wish to donate. “I’m sharing her Venmo; if you can or would like to support them, I know they would very much appreciate it,” the actor added.

Sadly, someone has been trying to exploit the situation and pose as Audrie to scam other people. In another post, “The Young and the Restless” star alerted everyone that someone is pretending to be his sister, likely to get money from unsuspecting donors.

Meanwhile, Adams announced last week that he and his wife, Shelby Wulfert, are expecting their first child together.
“We could not be more excited about this news,” the couple wrote on Instagram, alongside photos from their beautiful beach photoshoot.
Adams and Wulfert first met in 2015 on the set of the Disney Channel series, “Liv and Maddie.” The lovely couple went on to get engaged in July 2021 in Lake Tahoe and tied the knot in Waxahachie, Texas, in October 2022.
