“The Voice” season 29 comes to an end tonight, as the Top 4 perform one last time. Tonight will be Night 2 of the Voice Finale on NBC. The night will end with the winner of “The Voice” season 29 being named. Mikenley Brown is one of those artists in the Top 4, as she is happy to be representing Team Kelly in the finale. The 19-year-old singer from Indiana is hoping to give her coach, Kelly Clarkson, her fifth win as a coach.

1. Mikenley Is From Indiana
The 19-year-old singer is from New Castle, Indiana. This is a small city in the Hoosier State, but they seem to be rallying behind her as she now competes on this national stage.
Her hometown roots have been a part of her story on “The Voice” season 29. Kelly even mentioned a yodeling effect she had in her tone, but Mikenley said that’s her Indiana hometown coming out, NBC Insider reported.
2. She’s Been Performing Since She Was a Kid
Music has been a big part of Mikenley’s life. She discovered her voice and her love for music when she was around 8.
Brown started performing at local fairs, churches, and community events. She often collaborates with her father, like her fellow teammate, Liv Ciara. Her dad plays guitar and helps manage her performances.
3. No Stranger to Reality TV
This isn’t Mikenley’s first go-round with reality TV singing competitions. She auditioned during season 21 of “American Idol.”
Mikenley auditioned in Nashville. She sang “Love on the Brain” by Rihanna. She got two yes votes from Lionel Richie and Katy Perry, which sent her to Hollywood Week.
We didn’t see much of her in Hollywood, but she was shown in the final part. She sang “The Joke” by Brandi Carlile. However, she didn’t make it into the Top 24.
4. Working as a Delivery Driver
While Mikenley is working to pursue her music career, she is doing some side work to make some cash. She has talked about on the show about how she is a Grubhub driver while working toward making music her full-time career.

Brown has also talked about her fashion sense on the show. If there is anything we learned this season on “The Voice” 2026, it’s that Kelly Clarkson loves Mikenley’s sweaters.
She is always wearing these big, eccentric sweaters. They are super cute, which Kelly seems to want to take from her every time.
