Kicking Things Off

We are starting things off on a high note, as Reba, Snoop, and Michael are joined by some season 28 fan favorites and members of Journey to sing “Lights” and “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey. Niall is on vocal rest by doctor’s orders, so he won’t be singing tonight on “The Voice.”

The coaches are in place, so then we watch a funny video about the rivalry among these coaches. I mean, the “Is that Blake Shelton?” by Reba, and Niall saying, “Dad?” is just too good!

Aiden Ross Performance

Since Niall isn’t available to sing tonight, Aiden will be joined by season 23 winner Gina Miles. She was Niall’s first win as a coach. They are singing “Last Christmas.” In the buildup, Niall was surprised to see a llama on Aiden’s Christmas sweater.

Aiden said he wanted to sing a Christmas song that Michael Bublé hasn’t performed. This was a good performance, as their voices are similar. They have a similar vibe, and I like it.

Niall on a Crocodile

Snoop hands out his “Snoop on a Stoop,” but he said Niall has become family. He got a special one, as he gave him a “Niall on a Crocodile” instead.

Back to the performances, as Khalid takes the stage. He performs a medley of his songs “Better” and “nah.” He was working that stage.

Jazz McKenzie & Michael Bublé

We get to see the special bond between Michael and Jazz. She said she went from selling cell phones to singing with Michael Bublé.

For their performance, they are singing “Jingle Bell Rock.” I mean, it’s a Christmas song and Michael Bublé, so you know it’s good, right? They were having fun up there.

Sofronio Returns to ‘The Voice’

Sofronio was the winner of “The Voice” season 26. He is returning to the stage as he is singing his new single. He happened to work with Paul Anka and David Foster on this song.

The single is called “Superman,” but how cool to work with such legends in the music business? And, of course, to work with Michael Bublé. They do it up big for this one, which is a good song.

A Country Takeover

Riley Green is a friend of the show. He is an award-winning country singer and takes “The Voice” stage to perform his song “Jesus Saves.”

Then it’s time for Reba’s country singer, Aubrey Nicole, to take the stage. We see Aubrey and Reba having some fun in their “ugly” Christmas sweaters, which they make cute by wearing them.

The duo takes the stage to perform “Mary, Did You Know?” Reba said this is her favorite Christmas song. It’s a great country performance, and Aubrey’s voice is so strong with Reba.

Then they tried a funny bit about the Winter Olympics, and the boys brought out their hockey sticks. Kind of a flop, but Niall does anything, and the crowd goes crazy?!

They’re Family Now

We see the strong bond that Snoop and Ralph Edwards formed this season on “The Voice” 2025. Snoop said they are family now.

For their duet, they sing “This Christmas.” Snoop joked that Ralph would be singing like 95% of the song, and they would just mute his mic for the rest of it. It’s a fun performance, and Snoop shows off some vocals. Ralph sounded amazing, though.

Best Christmas Gift Ever on ‘The Voice’

A coach with a classic sound and an artist with an old soul, even though he is only 14 years old! It was the perfect combo, so fitting that Max Chambers joined Team Bublé this season.

They have some fun backstage, as Max said the best present he could receive is singing a Christmas song with his coach. For their performance, they sing “Blue Christmas,” which Bublé recorded his own version of this song in the past.

Michael and Snoop have formed a friendship on the show together, but how strong is that friendship? They put it to the test with the “Friendship Game,” which is just a bunch of laughter.

XG Makes U.S. Television Debut

After Michael handed out some Christmas ornaments to the other coaches, we then get back to the performances.

Making their U.S. television debut, we get to see XG take the stage. They perform their song “Gala.” They are a girl group from Japan, so a fun time as they hit the stage.

Wear Anything to Make ‘The Voice’ Finale

DEK of Hearts joins Niall backstage, and they enjoy some laughs in their Christmas sweaters. While Reba was upset that DEK of Hearts didn’t pick her as a coach, she gets to take the stage with them to perform tonight.

Since Niall is not able to sing right now, DEK of Hearts performs “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” with the queen, Reba McEntire. They are all having fun up there and putting some country twang on this classic song.

Mega Mentor Returns to ‘The Voice’

Zac Brown served as a Mega Mentor for Team Snoop and Team Bublé during the Knockouts this season. He is back to perform during the Voice Finale.

He sings “Butterfly,” and is joined by Noah Cyrus for this performance. A lot of country tonight, huh?

‘The Voice’ Season 28 Winner Announced

The performances are done, and we finally have the Top 6 artists take the stage. We get some questions for the Top 6 before the results are revealed. After the questions, time to find out the results for season 28:

  • Sixth Place – Jazz McKenzie, Team Bublé
  • Fifth Place – Max Chambers, Team Bublé, so no three-peat for Michael
  • Fourth Place – Aubrey Nicole, Team Reba
  • Third Place – DEK of Hearts, Team Niall
  • Second Place – Ralph Edwards, Team Snoop
  • Winner – Aiden Ross, Team Niall

  1. Ik predicted Jazz would be at be last. @hotmail.comTerrible song choices. Who thought singing an Olivia Rodrigo song was a good idea? And a terrible version tboot. Same with Michael’s young kid, songs too old for him. Need to sing age appropriate songs, both of them.
