The end has arrived again for another season of “American Idol” 2026 on ABC. The Idol Finale takes place tonight, as Ryan Seacrest reveals the winner of “American Idol” season 24. Last Week on ‘American Idol’ 2026
Last week on “American Idol” 2026, the Top 5 took part in the semifinals for season 24. This was a jam-packed night of performances, as not only did the Top 5 take part in a “Dancing With the Stars” crossover, but they also took part in a Class of 2006 High School Reunion.
For those reunion performances, the Top 5 took the stage with contestants from the 2006 season of the show, as they celebrated their 20th anniversary. This led to some amazing performances, as the judges commented that these duets brought out something new for the Top 5, and they should have done these earlier in the season.
After all of the performances were done, it was time to deliver the results. Ryan announced the Top 3 were Hannah Harper, Jordan McCullough, and Keyla Richardson. These singers now move on to the Idol Finale tonight on ABC.
Who Wins Tonight on ‘American Idol’?
This night came a lot quicker than many of us expected. However, the winner of “American Idol” season 24 will be crowned. After the final performances of the season, the winner will be announced, and I am truly torn on this one.
To be honest, Hannah Harper has been one of the standouts ever since she walked in front of the judges during those audition rounds. Her original song won over the judges and America. Ever since that moment, she has been leading most polls as the favorite to win this season. Will those polls come true?
We first have to consider the two other finalists: Keyla and Jordan.
For Keyla, she has also been one of those standouts ever since her audition. She brought her son out after her audition, and he has been winning us all over every week. She brings us to church with her performances each week.
For Jordan, his voice is something special. He, too, takes us to church every week when he performs. There is just something special about his voice, which Luke Bryan said was one of the best he’s ever heard before during last week’s show. It definitely is one of the best voices, especially since he’s up there taking on some huge vocalists, like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston.
So, which one will pull out the win tonight? While I think Hannah is the easy pick and she has a very strong chance of winning tonight, I just think it’s going to be a shocker, and someone else wins.
Who will that someone be? I think Jordan has one of the best voices ever on the show, and he deserves to be crowned the winner of “American Idol” season 24. For that reason, I am picking him as this season’s winner!
