Milania Giudice Focusing on Personal Growth, Taking Steps To Better Herself Following Arrest

Milania Giudice, the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, is focusing on herself following her assault arrest in May.

During an Aug. 11 court hearing where she appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court, her lawyer, Alan Kraminsky, revealed that Giudice has enrolled in anger management classes, Page Six reports. Kraminsky added that he met with the prosecutor who asked to postpone their hearing so Giudice could complete her anger management course.

The outlet adds that the judge said the state needs to review discovery and speak to officers in the case, granting a new date of Sept. 29.

The 20-year-old was involved in an alleged incident in Montville, New Jersey, on May 14 and was arrested. Her sister, Gabriella Giudice, was allegedly the “reporting party,” calling the police and saying her sister was “acting erratically.” During her arraignment in July, the judge said Giudice “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly persons offense.” If found guilty, she faces up to six months in jail, probation and fines of more than $500.

It Has Been A Very Hard Month For Milania Giudice

Along with her ongoing legal battle, Giudice is also mourning the loss of her close friend Victoria Zardoya, who passed away on July 26 at the age of 20 following a tragic accident. According to Us Weekly, citing the District 12 Medical Examiner’s Office in Florida, an autopsy was done following organ donation, confirming that her cause of death was craniocerebral trauma, a traumatic brain injury caused by an external force. Her manner of death was ruled an accident.

Giudice shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, sharing numerous photos of the two from over the years.

“My best friend. My sister. My soulmate. My partner in crime,” she wrote. “There are no words in any language that could ever describe losing you. I still wait for your name to pop up on my phone, I still expect to hear your laugh, and I still catch myself wanting to tell you something. My heart keeps forgetting what my mind already knows. But one thing I know for sure is that every chapter of my life has your name in it.”

“Victoria, I am so sorry this happened to you. You never deserved this. I would do anything to change it. We had too many plans, too many dreams, and too much life left to live together,” Giudice added. “I promise I will keep telling your stories. I will stand beside Alexandra and your family forever. Forever my best friend. Forever my sister. Forever my Victoria. 🤍🕊️ We had one hell of a ride, kid.”
