“Dancing With the Stars” season 25 champion Lindsay Arnold stepped away from the show to focus on her family. Now, she’s eagerly awaiting the arrival of her third child. She and her husband, Sam Cusick, are the proud parents of two daughters and are excited to meet their baby son.
Families in the LDS church tend to have many children. Lindsay is the oldest out of four sisters who all have professional dance training. However, Sam and Lindsay aren’t sure they want to continue having children after their son.

Lindsay Arnold & Sam Cusick Aren’t Anticipating a Fourth Baby
Sam Cusick and Lindsay Arnold are the parents of Sage, 5, and June, 2. The pair is quite talented at raising daughters, but having a son will be an entirely new experience.
In a new TikTok, Lindsay revealed she was cleaning out her daughters’ old things to make room for the new baby.
“Raise your hand if you are going to be a first-time boy mom in less than seven weeks and you have absolutely nothing prepared as far as boy clothing goes,” the dancer quipped.
“Yup, that’s me. We’ve got an entire closet full of all of my girls’ old clothing that we need to go through today,” Lindsay continued. “Just warning you, I will most likely cry, and I need to assess my inventory. See if we have anything in there that could work for baby boy, and then get prepared for the stuff that we do need. So, let’s go.”
The 32-year-old also revealed that she and Sam feel their third child will “most likely” be their last. They wanted to donate anything they didn’t need.
Of course, the Cusicks could always change their mind down the road. But for now, Sam and Lindsay seem content with their family of five.
The Entrepreneur Enjoys Some Downtime Ahead of the Baby’s Arrival
Lindsay Arnold knows that having a newborn and two small daughters at home will be absolutely time-consuming and exhausting. That’s exactly why she’s relaxing and pampering herself now.
Weeks ago, she posted photos of her and Sam’s babymoon trip to Hawaii. Recently, she and a group from her business, “The Movement Club,” visited Costa Rica. Brandon Armstrong’s wife, Brylee, was on the trip, as was Mikayla Matthews from “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.”
Lindsay Arnold finds a lot of joy and fulfillment as a business owner and professional dancer. But at the end of the day, she’s just proud to be a mother.
“Something that’s been really rewarding for me is reminding myself of the values and the things that are important to me because I’m thinking about what I want to instill in and teach my daughters,” she told PEOPLE. “So, while I’m working on and thinking about the things that I want to help them know about themselves and help them grow into, it also has reminded me of those things that are important.”
“Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro” debuts on Hulu on Monday, July 13. “Dancing With the Stars” season 35 will return to ABC this September.
