‘Love It or List It’ Returns For Season 21
HGTV announced the Season 21 premiere of “Love It or List It” would take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET.
“Love It or List It” premiered in 2008. Real estate agent David Visentin has been with the show since Season 1. On the reality TV show, Visentin takes homeowners to see potential new homes. David hopes they will choose to “list” their current property and make an offer on one of the homes he has shown them.
On the flip side of things, we also see during each episode, designer and house flipper Page Turner competing against Visentin. While Visentin is out showing the homeowners some new houses they could purchase, Turner is renovating their current home in hopes of them choosing to “love” their newly renovated current home and stay there.
Turner joined “Love It or List It” last year for Season 20. This was after designer Hilary Farr left the show after 19 seasons.
At the time of her retirement, Farr told People, “I’ve given it so many years of my life. It’s got me through hard times. It’s got the audiences through hard times. It has evolved into a mainstay of people’s lives, and it’s been incredibly gratifying. But now it’s time for me to move on and meet new challenges.”
‘Love It or List It’ Season 21 Premiere Spoilers
Tuesday, June 23, can’t come soon enough. For that premiere episode, it looks like Visentin and Turner will be working with a family of five that happens to be living in a home with three bedrooms and only one bathroom.
According to HGTV, the only woman in the house is “stretched for space and patience.” She is ready to move into a new home, but her husband seems to think a renovation will be just what they need to improve their lifestyle.
Turner is going to have her hands full, as one bathroom for five people is just not enough. She’s going to be tasked with flipping the family’s home into a place where everyone has enough space to live comfortably.
While she’s busy renovating, David is going to be out with the family, trying to convince them that a new home is their best option. In the end, the family gets to answer the infamous question: “Are you going to love it…or are you going to list it?”
How to Watch the Season 21 Premiere
The new season of “Love It or List It” will premiere on HGTV on Tuesday, June 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. New episodes will be available to stream on HBO Max the following day.
For Season 21, it will contain 12 new episodes. These new episodes will air each week on HGTV and HBO Max.
