If your idea of a relaxing night includes watching strangers debate backsplash choices… same. And this week, HGTV is really leaning into that energy.
The network looks to be in a bit of a transition moment right now. A couple of fan favorites are taking a breather, and in their place? A lot of “House Hunters.” Like, marathon-level a lot.
Still, there are a few new episodes sprinkled in; including one that longtime viewers might not see coming. Here’s what’s on HGTV’s schedule from March 30 through April 5.

Let’s get real; this week definitely has a different vibe compared to recent schedules. It seems like “My Lottery Dream Home” may have wrapped its current season because there are no new episodes this week, while “Home Town” is taking a short break and will return with new episodes on April 12.
In the meantime, HGTV is filling the lineup with multiple marathons of “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International,” so yeah, if you’re in the mood to binge, this is your week.
There are still some new episodes to keep things interesting, including “Bachelor Mansion Takeover,” “Neighborhood Watch,” “Wild Vacation Rentals,” and “Property Brothers: Under Pressure.”
It also looks like “Renovation Aloha” is officially back in the mix, with a new episode airing this week after being off the schedule for a bit. And then there’s the wildcard: a new episode of “House Hunters Australia,” which hasn’t aired anything since July 2025. Yep, that one kind of came out of nowhere.
