Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have built one of Hollywood’s biggest blended families.
Kourtney shares Mason, Penelope and Reign with former partner Scott Disick. Travis shares Landon and Alabama with former wife Shanna Moakler and remains a devoted stepfather to Shanna’s daughter, Atiana De La Hoya.
After marrying in 2022, Kourtney and Travis welcomed their first child together, Rocky, in November 2023. Travis told People in August 2026 that all seven children get along and gather for a family dinner every Sunday.

Atiana De La Hoya
Atiana is Shanna’s daughter with former boxing champion Oscar De La Hoya. She was 5 when Shanna married Travis and has stayed close with her stepfather since their divorce.
The 27-year-old works as an artist and model and appeared on the MTV reality show “Meet the Barkers.” She joined Kourtney, Travis and her siblings at the August 2026 premiere of Travis’ documentary, “Louder Than Fear.”
Landon Barker
Travis and Shanna welcomed Landon in October 2003.
Following his father’s musical footsteps, Landon is a singer and drummer who released the single “If I Ever Talk to God” in June 2026.
He also appeared in Machine Gun Kelly’s 2021 musical film “Downfalls High” alongside Sydney Sweeney, Maggie Lindemann and Trippie Redd.
Alabama Barker
Alabama was born on Christmas Eve in 2005 and made her television debut as a baby on “Meet the Barkers.”
Like Travis and Landon, she has pursued music while building a major social media following. Alabama had approximately 7 million TikTok followers as of August 2026.
She is also close friends with Jodie Woods, Jordyn Woods’ younger sister.
Mason Disick
Mason, Kourtney and Scott’s oldest child, was born in December 2009. His televised birth appeared during the fourth season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
His middle name, Dash, honors both the Kardashian family name and a nickname his late grandfather, Robert Kardashian, used.
Mason joined Instagram in 2024 and has occasionally shared glimpses into his life with his siblings.
Penelope Disick
Kourtney and Scott welcomed Penelope in July 2012. Her birth was also documented on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
Known affectionately as P, Penelope has appeared in family social media posts and on “The Kardashians.” Now a teenager, she regularly spends time with both parents and her extended Kardashian family.
Reign Disick
GettyReign was born in December 2014, exactly five years after Mason.
Unlike his older siblings, his birth was not filmed. Kourtney waited four months before publicly sharing his first photograph.
Reign joined Travis onstage during a Blink-182 concert in October 2025, giving fans a glimpse of his own rock-star energy.
Rocky Barker
Kourtney and Travis welcomed Rocky Thirteen Barker on November 1, 2023.
Kourtney announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert by holding up a sign inspired by the band’s “All the Small Things” music video.
During the pregnancy, Kourtney underwent emergency fetal surgery. Travis canceled several performances to stay by her side at the hospital.
The couple continues to protect Rocky’s privacy by concealing his face in photographs. His name honors Suicidal Tendencies guitarist Rocky George, while Travis has called 13 his favorite number.
