“DNA other than Nancy Guthrie’s and those in close contact to her has been collected from the property,” the statement said, per CNN. “Investigators are working to identify who it belongs to. We are not disclosing where that DNA was located.”

Guthrie Family Made Request for Pool Maintenance at Mom Nancy’s House
The statement also addressed the pool maintenance company that was seen at Nancy’s home that same day. “At the request of the Guthrie family, routine pool maintenance was conducted at the residence today,” the statement said, per CNN.
CNN reported that they spoke with the manager of Ambiance Pool Service & Supplies, Ken Kingan, who told the outlet that it was the first time his company had serviced Nancy’s pool, adding that the Pima County Sheriff’s Department was present at the house during the service.
Days before the Pima County Sheriff’s Department found DNA that does not belong to Nancy or a blood relative, Fox News Digital reported that investigators took DNA swabs from a landscaper, pool cleaner and other hired help that Nancy utilized at her $1 million home.
Early on in the investigation, NewsNation correspondent Brian Entin obtained footage of blood spatter on the front porch of Nancy’s home, which he shared with TMZ, who immediately reported on the shocking video. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos later confirmed that the blood did belong to the beloved 84-year-old.
In an effort to ensure Nancy’s safe return to her family, who has pleaded with the public in several Instagram videos on Savannah Guthrie‘s official account for any and all leads in the investigation, the FBI has increased the reward to $100,000 for anyone who can lead them to Nancy or the conviction of whoever kidnapped her in the early morning hours of Sunday, Feb. 1.
