“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards publicly separated from her husband, Mauricio Umansky, in 2023. Since then, the two have remained on good terms with the RHOBH star making multiple positive comments about him. Now, he’s been spotted with a new woman, this time, a “Love Island” alum.
As fans know, Richards and Umansky have yet to officially file for divorce, and many speculate they could reconcile, especially given their decades of marriage.
Mauricio Umanksy Spotted With ‘Love Island USA’ Alum
According to TMZ, Umanksy was seen leaving the Sunset Towers Hotel on the night of April 3. Notably, he wasn’t alone. Instead, Destiny Herzog, who was featured on season six of “Love Island USA,” was with him.
Per the report, Umansky, 55, and Herzog, 24, laughed and smiled as they drove away from the establishment. Of course, their ties to one another are unknown at this time, and they could simply be friends who opted for a night out on the town.
As TMZ notes, this sighting of Umansky amid his separation from Richards comes during a legal battle. Notably, his sister has accused the girlfriend of their father of elder abuse. She has also alleged that the girlfriend, Simin Tabibnia, has spent more than $400k of his money on personal items.
Kyle Richards Says They’ve Discussed Reconciling
Richards has been open about her separation from Umansky on RHOBH and in various interviews. More recently, she appeared on the “Bossticks” podcast in March 2026. While on, she responded to a question about whether they might reconcile.
Richards said, “The million-dollar question… I mean, I’m asked that all the time by everybody. And, I mean, we will not always stay in this gray area. And there has been more talks about that as of recently, I will say.”
The hosts then asked, “Kind of like TBD?” She responded, “Well, the longer things go on like this, it seems harder to think about how do you come back from this.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star went on, “I think both of us, it’s hard to accept or acknowledge because it is such a big part of our identities being married so long.” After that, Richards noted that she and Umansky have maintained a normal dynamic for their daughters amid their separation.
It’s also worth noting that Umansky has made public comments about reconciling with Richards following their split.
