Season 10 of ‘Selling Sunset’ Will See a Shocking Return

Season 10 of “Selling Sunset” has yet to be filmed, but it might be the reality TV’s most shocking season yet.

After exiting the Netflix hit reality show in 2022, Christine Quinn, who’s known as the villain of the series in the first few seasons, will reportedly be returning.

According to a new exclusive source from Us Weekly, the controversial star, who starred in Peacock’s “House of Villains,” will be returning to the Netflix hit. “Christine is coming back,” the source said, adding that the cast was “supposed to start filming and it has been delayed because they are waiting for her to finish negotiations.”

As a reminder, Quinn was one of the biggest stars of the show up until her dramatic exit following the end of season 5.

Previously, Quinn had been open about the possibility of coming back. “There are always conversations being had. I don’t know what that looks like,” Quinn told Us Weekly last month. “I’m always open to having fun and turning looks, but it needs to make sense for me, so it’s just a question mark right now.”

Also confirmed by the source is a newcomer to the cast, named Tara Sarbaz. “She will be full-time and has worked with Jason [Oppenheim] before,” the insider detailed.

‘Selling Sunset’ Exits Have Also Been Confirmed

While Quinn’s return will certainly shake up the dynamics of the O Group, a few cast members have confirmed their exit. Among them is Chrishell Stause, who often butt heads with Quinn during their years together in the same office.

Stauce confirmed the news in November 2025 in an interview with Bustle. “I’ve vacillated back and forth with this decision in the past,” she admitted. “I have to be honest — having come from nothing, it’s really hard to turn something like this down.”

She then explained why she ultimately took the decision to step back. “I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need the show financially,” she said. “I’m lucky to have other forms of employment, because it’s no longer good for my mental health.”

In the latest season, Stause had a public falling out with her former best friend, Emma Hernan. Among their disagreements was Hernan’s relationship with her ex, Blake Davis, and his use of alleged homophobic or transphobic language.

Also not returning for season 10 of the series is Nicole Young, another one of Stause’s biggest adversaries, and Chelsea Lazkani. Young joined the cast for season 6, while Lazkani has been a big player in the series since season 5.
