Soap star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has given fans a rare look at her life when she’s not on the set of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” where she plays Steffy. Wood has been part of the CBS show for nearly 18 years, and her life outside of work has changed a lot since she started.

The actress used Instagram the other day to give a life update and a rare glimpse at her family. Wood posted a carousel of recent photos that featured several pictures of her children with their faces hidden.
Animals were a big part of Wood’s social media share, too. One photo showed her husband, Elan Ruspoli, with a dog, while another showed one of her sons walking a pony. Chickens are also in the mix, as they appear to be checking out one of Wood’s “The Bold and the Beautiful” scripts.
Speaking of the CBS soap, Wood added a video of herself walking outside at the Sunset Las Palmas Studios, where the show is filmed. “A little slice of paradise… 🤍✨” was the caption on the soap star’s post.
Some of her “The Bold and the Beautiful” co-stars showed up in the comments to gush over Wood sharing some life moments. “Absolutely beautiful! Warms my heart! ‼️💙💙💙💙💙‼️” wrote Don Diamont (Bill). Kimberlin Brown (Sheila) stated, “Beautiful! ALL of it!! ♥️♥️♥️.”
Jennifer Gareis (Donna) expressed, “You literally have enough for a bball team!! Keep them sweet and innocent! ❤️❤️❤️”, while Darin Brooks (Wyatt) left several red hearts and clapping emojis. “All of this 😍,” said “The Young and the Restless” beauty Courtney Hope (Sally).

Wood has been married to Ruspoli since 2018. They share five sons: Rise, Lenix, Brando, Valor, and Talon. The latter was born in the fall of 2025.
The actress keeps her personal life very private, especially when it comes to keeping her kids out of the spotlight. However, Wood has gotten honest about balancing a busy soap schedule and five children.
“Honestly, I just truly live intentionally. I know what we have here, and it makes me truly grateful to have my kids and to be able to still be a mom. I still see myself as a full-time mom. I’ll film episodes back to back, and then, I go, and I be a mom. I get to bring my kids to set. So, it’s cool,” she expressed during an interview with Michael Fairman TV earlier this year.
Wood has said more than once that quality of life has become essential to her after having her children. It’s something she works hard at for the sake of her family.
When she is at work, Wood is plenty busy too. Steffy’s love life is in chaos right now after she cheated on her husband Finn (Tanner Novlan) with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), who is married to one of her best friends, Daphne (Murielle Hilaire).
Steffy and Carter hooked up after they each thought their respective marriages were over. The secret has them both riddled with guilt, and the fallout will be must-see for sure.
