Bluesy Burke Celebrates One Year on ‘General Hospital’
Bluesy Burke is one of “General Hospital’s” youngest stars, and she just celebrated a major milestone in Port Charles.
The young daytime star took to social media to celebrate her accomplishment and express gratitude to the individuals who helped transform her dream into reality.
Alongside a carousel of photos from her time in Port Charles, Burke shared with her Instagram followers, “1 year on @generalhospitalabc !! i truly cant believe it. time really flies!! i am so grateful i get to be apart of this amazing family. i feel as though ive grown so much over this past year and ive met some of my best friends. thank you so much @fvalentinigh and @markteschner for taking a chance on me. it’s the best gift i’ve ever received.”
Burke took over the role of Charlotte Cassadine, the daughter of Lulu Spencer and Valentin Cassadine, in September 2025.
The milestone gave Burke’s co-stars and fans plenty of reasons to celebrate alongside her.

Sawandi Wilson, who portrays Dr. Isaiah Gannon, wrote, “Congrats!”
Katelyn MacMullen, who plays Willow Cain in Port Charles, added, “You are so loved!”
Kayden Torkarski, who recently took over the role of Scout Cain, wrote, “I love you so much!”
Fans also jumped into the comments section to show Burke some love.
“We love you girly,” one fan wrote.
Another added, “You are THE Charlotte!!! No one could do better ur incredible”
However, while most of the post was celebratory, the final photo in Burke’s carousel caught the attention of some fans and quickly sparked questions about what could be next for the young actress.
Did Bluesy Burke Just Hint at a ‘General Hospital’ Exit?
The last photo in Burke’s carousel was a picture that read, “General Hospital That’s A Wrap Goodnight,” which naturally led to some speculation among fans.
One fan wrote, “Wtf you mean that’s a wrap?”
Another quickly replied with, “She’s going to college.”
While there’s been no official word on whether Bluesy Burke is leaving “General Hospital” for the foreseeable future, the teen has certainly stirred up some chatter among fans after her latest post.
Right now, Charlotte is in storylines with Danny Morgan, her half-brother Rocco Falconeri, and Scout Cain, the teenagers of Port Charles.
