Jax Taylor has never been one to keep his opinions to himself, and now he’s weighing in on one of the biggest storylines unfolding on “House of Stassi.”
In a leaked Cameo video circulating on social media, the former “Vanderpump Rules” star shared his thoughts on ex-girlfriend Stassi Schroeder’s marriage to Beau Clark after the couple’s relationship struggles became a central focus of the new reality series.
Jax, who dated Stassi during the first two seasons of “Vanderpump Rules” before their highly publicized split, praised his former girlfriend before offering blunt criticism of how he believes she approaches marriage.

Speaking in the leaked Cameo, Jax made it clear he still thinks highly of Stassi personally.
“I think Stassi is an amazing person,” he said. “I think she’s strong. I think she’s smart. I think she’s intelligent. I just don’t think she’s the best wife.”
Jax acknowledged that he’s hardly in a position to hand out marriage advice following his own highly publicized split from Brittany Cartwright. Still, he said watching “House of Stassi” shaped his opinion.
“I mean, I’m the wrong person to talk to when it comes about marriage, but just from watching the show, I love the show, by the way, I think it’s amazing. I just think Stassi’s just very career-driven, and I think she puts her husband and her kids on the back burner,” he continued. “I just, that’s what I think about that.”
Jax then elaborated on why he believes that dynamic could become a problem.
“So if you’re like, if you’re career, if you’re, you know, focused on your career and you’re a boss [expletive], then, you know, that’s a positive thing,” he added. “If you put your kids and your husband on the back burner, then it’s not a good thing.”
The comments quickly spread across Bravo fan accounts after the Cameo surfaced online, prompting debate among viewers about whether Jax had any place commenting on Stassi’s marriage given his own relationship history.

Jax’s remarks come as “House of Stassi” has given viewers an unusually candid look inside Stassi and Beau’s relationship.
During the season premiere, Beau admitted he has struggled with feeling disconnected from his wife as she balances work and family life.
“I’m trying to balance wanting her to have her space and to be able to not stress out when she’s working,” Beau said. “But then also I’m sitting here, and I’m angry and resentful.”
He later admitted, “I just got so detached from her that it’s like we’re roommates. I don’t feel worthy.”
As the episode continued, Beau became even more emotional while describing how isolated he has felt.
“I just literally just feel like a 1950s housewife where I have my apron on and I’m cleaning everything while feeding the kids,” he told Stassi. “Sometimes that’s how I feel because we don’t have that connection all the time.”
While the couple has been open about working through those challenges on camera, Jax’s unsolicited assessment has added another layer to an already heavily discussed storyline, bringing one of Bravo’s most infamous former relationships back into the conversation years after it ended.
