However, the pair couldn’t stay away from the ballroom for long. This week, the season 34 champions made their debut on the “Dancing With the Stars” 2026 Live tour for a limited run. From April 21-30, ticketholders will get a chance to see Robert Irwin and Witney Carson in action.

Robert Irwin is incredibly passionate about wildlife and conservation, but it seems he also has a new love in his life: dance. The 22-year-old handily brought home the Mirrorball trophy last winter, following in his older sister’s footsteps. Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough won DWTS season 21.
Now, fans are excited to see the reigning champions perform. For the next week, the tour will make several stops across the western United States, primarily in California.
“First night of the @dancingwiththestars tour! Thanks for the warm welcome Sacramento. We’ll see you tonight, San Diego!” the Australian conservationist shared on Instagram.
Robert attached a mash-up of performance clips, exciting ticketholders for upcoming performances. The audio reveals the crowd going wild for the season 34 winners. Footage reveals Robert and Witney performing some of their fan-favorite routines from the season. At one point, the 22-year-old even rips open his shirt, revealing sculpted abdominal muscles.
Overall, Instagram users couldn’t contain their excitement. “Dancing With the Stars” fans and celebrities alike left congratulatory wishes in the comments for the season 34 winners.
“He’s back!!” Joey Graziadei, the season 33 champion, wrote in the comments.
“I’ve never had so much fomo in my life,” one Instagram user quipped.
The Australian Conservationist Hypes Fans Up For the Upcoming Shows
Earlier this week, Robert Irwin took to social media to get everyone excited for his tour performances.
“#TeamIrWINit is back!!! So surreal to be back in the @dancingwiththestars rehearsal room. See you on tour, America!” he captioned the Instagram video, revealing a behind-the-scenes look from the rehearsal room with Witney Carson.
The pair practice their dance moves while simultaneously striking silly poses and goof off with one another. It’s clear the two have a unique friendship that extends beyond the ballroom.
“Why are your posts always better than mine dang you,” Witney joked in the comments, poking fun at her dance partner.
Even season 34 competitor Dylan Efron chimed in, noting, “You’re gonna love it! I might need to come watch in LA.”
After their run on the tour ends, Witney Carson and Robert Irwin have other projects to work on. Fans can’t wait to see what they’ll come up with next.
