The actress attended the 2026 AAFCA TV Honors in Los Angeles wearing a sheer black crop top that placed her satin triangle bra on full display.

The actress balanced the see-through top with a bright white column midi skirt. The structured skirt created a polished contrast against the delicate mesh fabric.
Black pointed-toe shoes completed the minimalist color palette.

A Reunion With Her ‘Paradise’ Co-Stars

The actress plays Annie Clay in the Hulu drama’s second season. Her performance recently earned her an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series.
“I’m just such a fan of Sterling and Dan Fogelman,” Shailene told Deadline after receiving the nomination. “I just think everything he creates is gold.”
Dan created “Paradise,” which follows the residents of an underground community after a devastating global event. Shailene joined the series in its second season as Annie Clay, a mysterious newcomer whose arrival introduces new questions about life beyond the bunker.
Shailene Was Excited to Join the Show
Shailene said she was already a fan of “Paradise” before Dan approached her about joining Season 2.
“I loved the first season, and so when Dan contacted me about being a part of the second season, I was so excited,” she said.
The actress described the opportunity to work with the show’s cast and creative team as an experience she loved from beginning to end.
Her Emmy nomination recognizes her first season as part of the series.
Another Hulu Project Is Coming
Shailene is also working on the upcoming Hulu series “Count My Lies” with Lindsay Lohan.
The adaptation follows Sloane, a compulsive liar who becomes a nanny for a wealthy family. Shailene plays Sloane, while Lindsay stars as the child’s mother, Violet.
The actresses serve as executive producers on the project.
Shailene and Lindsay were recently photographed filming the series with nearly identical shades of bright blonde hair. The transformation marked one of Shailene’s lightest hair colors in recent years.
Between her Emmy recognition and another leading television role, Shailene has several career milestones to celebrate. Her latest red carpet look showed that she is also willing to take a few fashion risks along the way.
