Hallmark fan favorite Ashley Williams has shared special memories from her latest movie, “Much About Love,” with her friend Niall Matter. The actress previously revealed why this film made her “so proud,” and now she’s letting fans in on some behind-the-scenes moments.
Ashley Williams Shares ‘Much About Love’ Memories
Ahead of the premiere of “Much About Love,” Williams shared a photo dump from filming the movie. Instead of just posting a carousel of pictures, Williams included a little blurb for each image to let fans in on various aspects of the movie and life on set.
There were 20 photos in all, and she kicked it off with her favorite scene from the Hallmark film. A couple of the shots featured Williams in character as Beau, who is a director of a police drama called “The Newbie”.
Williams also revealed the original title for the Hallmark flick and gave a shout-out to her real-life husband, Neal Dodson. There’s even a photo of Dodson with an old theater pal he got to visit during filming. The actress acknowledged several people who made the film extra special and shouted out their participation.

What Is Hallmark’s ‘Much About Love’?
Hallmark has officially kicked off its Fall Into Love campaign, which began with “Love Finds You” starring Aimee Teegarden and “When Calls the Heart” star Chris McNally. Now it’s Williams and Matter’s turn in “Much About Love”, premiering on Saturday, August 28 at 8/7c.
The official synopsis for the movie reads: “A TV director returns to her theater roots for a Shakespeare festival and runs into an old flame, rekindling a merry war of wits in this modern retelling of Much Ado About Nothing.”
Williams plays the Beau, the director, while Matter plays her old flame, Benny. The rest of the cast includes: “Sullivan’s Crossing” star Lindura as Hannah, Johnathan Sousa as Clay, Moni Ogunsuyi as Maggie, Jennifer Dale as Toni, Paul Braunstein as Doug, Cody Ray Thompson as Don, and Gabriel Burrafato as Juan.
