Hallmark Gives Sneak Peek at 2026 ‘Winter Escape’ Movies Schedule in New Post [Video]

Hallmark is officially over winter; and honestly, it seems like they’re assuming the rest of us are, too. On December 27, 2025, the network dropped a ‘Winter Escape’ teaser on Instagram, and the vibe was loud, clear, and very anti-snowstorm. Forget icy sidewalks and endless gray afternoons. Hallmark wants beaches, passports, adventure, and romance… preferably all at once.

The teaser doesn’t just hint at romance; it basically shouts it.

“This January, say goodbye to winter. And escape with new movies every Saturday night. Fan the flames of passion with five new premieres and five stories of love. Your heart will race. And your soul will soar. Winter Escape, coming this January with new movies every Saturday at 8 on Hallmark Channel. Next day on Hallmark+.”

Translation: winter can wait, and so can your boring Saturday night routine.

Then they doubled down on the info with a very to-the-point Instagram caption: “Five new premieres. Five love stories to fall for. 💜 Winter Escape starts this January, every Saturday at 8/7c, next day on @HallmarkPlus.”

Yep, time to clear your calendar, friends.

Lost in Paradise – January 3, 2026 at 8:00pm ET

First up, January 3 delivers “Lost in Paradise,” starring Hallmark fave Lacey Chabert. She plays a high-end fashion company founder who somehow ends up stranded on what’s supposed to be a deserted island. Cue tropical vibes and survival mode.

Luckily, she’s not alone. Ian Harding shows up as a talented chef who’s also marooned, and before you know it, survival instincts turn into teamwork; and teamwork turns into sparks. It’s glossy, fun, and exactly the kind of escapism we need to kick off January.

A Melbourne Match – January 10, 2026 at 8:00pm ET

Next, January 10 takes us to Australia with “A Melbourne Match.” Mallory Jansen stars as Georgie, a travel writer who’s very focused on work, deadlines, and productivity. Enter Ryan Corr as Zach, an ex-footballer turned tour guide whose sole purpose seems to be reminding her that life exists outside emails.

Between the cityscapes, quirky side characters, and that slow-burn Hallmark romance, it seems like Melbourne itself becomes a co-star. Travel inspiration? Check. Romance? Check. Fun cultural misadventures? Double check.

Love on the Amazon – January 17, 2026 at 8:00pm ET

January 17 cranks up the adventure factor with “Love on the Amazon.” Jaicy Elliott stars as Gabby, who journeys deep into the Amazon to reach her researcher sister. On the way, she meets Ryder, a rugged riverboat captain played by Rafael de la Fuente.

This one leans into high-stakes romance: jungle rivers, unexpected obstacles, and just enough danger to make the love story feel earned. It’s Hallmark with a bit more grit, and somehow, that only makes it more fun.

Caught by Love – January 24, 2026 at 8:00pm ET

January 24 brings “Caught by Love,” starring Rachael Leigh Cook as a resort guest on a journey of self-discovery that quickly turns into an undercover investigation involving stolen jewels. Luke Macfarlane co-stars, and the movie mixes mystery, adventure, and swoon-worthy romance in a glossy Hallmark package.

Think romantic escapades with a little danger sprinkled in… all wrapped in a perfect winter escape vibe.

Missing the Boat – January 31, 2026 at 8:00pm ET

Finally, January 31 closes the month with “Missing the Boat.” Emilie Ullerup and Kristoffer Polaha play strangers who meet on an Italian cruise… and promptly miss the boat. Yes, literally. From there, they have to race across southern Italy to catch up, creating scenic chaos, romantic tension, and a whole lot of fun.

It’s the perfect way to cap off a lineup that’s all about movement, connection, and shaking off winter blues. Between beaches, cities, jungles, jewel heists, and Italian road trips, Hallmark clearly wants us to start 2026 with a little sunshine; even if it’s only on-screen.

Let’s get real; Hallmark’s ‘Winter Escape’ lineup looks like exactly what we needed. A month of love, adventure, and scenic distractions that make January feel a lot less like that bleak after-Holidays moment. From deserted islands to Italian road trips, these five Saturdays promise to take us out of winter’s grip and straight into stories that warm the heart.

Grab your cozy blanket, maybe a cup of cocoa, and get ready to escape; Hallmark style.
