The expectations are going to be high for the remaining designers on “Project Runway” Season 22 tonight. For this next challenge on “Project Runway” 2026, the designers will have to create a red carpet look for none other than host and judge Heidi Klum. The “Project Runway” judges — Klum, Nina Garcia, Law Roach, and Tyra Banks — will then decide which look is worthy of Klum wearing to the premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada 2.” The show has had many homes, from Bravo to Lifetime, but now it airs and streams on a few other networks. The Devil’s in the Details on ‘Project Runway’
Last week on “Project Runway” Season 22, the claws were coming out between the judges. The designers had to create runway looks using paper towels. Law was giving some pretty harsh critiques and just seemed to be attacking everyone. Tyra had some words for him, and the bickering continued as the show ended for the week.
We will pick back up on that and see which designer was eliminated tonight. Then we move into the Week 6 challenge on “Project Runway” 2026. It’s all about glamour and elegance, as the designers create a red carpet look for Heidi to wear to the “The Devil Wears Prada 2” red carpet premiere. Back to Last Week’s Results
We go back to last week’s results. Bryan and Bi are safe. Then Joseph and Bryan have words backstage. We then go back to the runway. The winner of last week’s challenge with the paper towels is Naheim, who gets immunity and $20,000.
DisneyNow to the bottom looks, as Anna, Elizabeth, and Bobby return to the runway. The models come out, and the judges give their feedback. Bobby and Anna are safe tonight, which means Elizabeth has been eliminated!
New Challenge
The eight remaining designers are back on the runway to find out their new challenge. For this new challenge, the designers will be creating a red carpet look for Heidi Klum to wear to the “The Devil Wears Prada 2” premiere. This is a one-day challenge with a $700 budget.
The designers head to Mood to get their materials. Then it’s back to the workroom to get to work on these looks.
Christian’s Critiques
While working, Jude determines he didn’t grab all of the fabric he thought he had at Mood. Now he is missing materials, but Bryan had extra and lets him use some of his.
Now Christian Siriano comes in to check out what the designers are up to. He is joined by costume designer Molly Rogers. They tell Joseph he isn’t getting the vibe for Heidi on the red carpet. Christian said Naheim is lucky to have immunity because he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
They tell Anna to go sheer, and Heidi likes that. They think the edit will be key for Bi’s look. Anna has floral print on the top, which Christian questions. Bryan was making a basic dress, but Molly and Christian seem to pivot him in another direction.
Christian tells the designers another twist for tonight. Not only will the winner of this challenge get immunity and have Heidi wear it on the red carpet, but they also get to pick three of their rivals to be in the bottom three tonight!
Model Fitting on ‘Project Runway’
Christian is back in the workroom and has the models with him. Naheim is pivoting with his look. The dress wasn’t working, so he has nothing for the model to try on right now. Christian warned him of this.
Christian loves the waist for Jeffrey’s look. Bryan thinks if he doesn’t win tonight, he will be in the bottom, as everyone thinks he is a threat.
Runway Day
It’s a new day, and the designers have a few hours to get their looks finished before the runway show. The models come in. Naheim is still trying to pull a look together.
The models come in for their hair and makeup. Bobby didn’t cut her material right, so it’s not draping and flowing properly. She has a lot to do and is running out of time. The time is up, as the designers head to the runway. Naheim is just trying to put a garment together since he has immunity.
Show Time
The designers are on the runway. The judges for tonight are Law Roach, Winnie Harlow, Heidi Klum, and Nina Dobrev. The judges have seen all the looks and have mixed reviews, as the critiques will be coming soon!
