Khloé Kardashian has spoken out about her thoughts on her ex Tristan Thompson, going so far as to say that she wouldn’t even mind if one of her sisters began dating him. The surprising admission came during the premiere of Khloé’s new Hulu reality series “The Girls.”
During a discussion on past relationships with the other members of the cast, Khloé explained her thoughts on relationships and their ends. As an example, she said that once she is genuinely romantically finished with someone, she isn’t bothered by what they do next. That’s because the reality star doesn’t believe that people should have any say over what a former partner does when you are no longer together.
“I wouldn’t care if Kim hooked up with Tristan,” Khloé said

The conversation began when Olivia Pierson opened up about a blind date she had with Yris Palmer’s ex husband. Khloé felt that there wasn’t an issue as Palmer had actually set up the date. She went on to say, “If I gave permission, I give permission. The baton is passed.”
Khloé was also keen to stress that she doesn’t think an ex partner should remain off-limits forever simply because they have dated someone you know. That’s because she wants everyone involved to find happiness and move on, rather than feeling possessive and bitter about who they are dating.
She explained, “I’m just saying, when you’re really like — that chapter is closed, I have love and respect and you have a great relationship — I wanna see you happy, so I want you with the best person that I could think of.”
Khloé later admitted she was jokingly using it as an example when she mentioned Kim dating Tristan, as she doesn’t think that they should actually get together.

The Kardashian sister has had a complicated relationship with Thompson over the years. The couple first began dating in 2018, and they share two children together, eight-year-old daughter True, and four-year-old son Tatum.
The on-again off-again relationship lasted some five years before Khloé ended things permanently in 2022 when it emerged that Thompson had fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols. Despite this, the pair have worked to remain amicable to create a positive co-parenting environment for their two children.
Khloé has repeatedly insisted that maintaining a friendly relationship with Thompson doesn’t mean she wants him back romantically. This is a choice the two have made in order to put aside past scandals and issues for the good of True and Tatum.
Her latest comments also suggest that Khloé is now in a place where she doesn’t have feelings about Thompson’s own romantic relationships with potential partners. She has also spoken recently about being open to finding love again. She told People that she is choosing to stay single while her children are young but has not closed off the idea of getting married or extending her family in the future.
“I’ve learned to never say never,” she said.
