While on his road toward recovery after suffering a spinal stroke in January, “The Blind Side” star Quinton Aaron, 41, has come forward to say that he believes his wife, Margarita, tried to kill him.
On Thursday, Feb. 19, TMZ reported that Aaron shared a statement with them, explaining his suspicions of Margarita. Within its details, the beloved actor said that his wife “was trying to take [him] out.” He also claimed that his wife is satanic. According to TMZ, Aaron has made it clear “publicly, to family, close friends and the hospital staff that [he doesn’t] want to see her or talk to her.”
As he is nursed back to health, Aaron told the outlet that he intends to put Margarita in the rearview and instead focus on his recovery, faith, family and career.
Quinton Aaron’s ‘Wife’ Denies She Tried to End His Life
In the same report from TMZ, Margarita, who previously told TMZ that she and Aaron “got married spiritually” and not legally, told the outlet that she never tried to kill him. She strongly defended herself by expressing her love for the actor, noting that she has pushed him to become a healthier person.
Margarita also told the outlet that Aaron has a history of health problems, noting that him having to go on life support after collapsing at his Atlanta home last month isn’t her fault — especially because she met the “Mummy Dearest” star during a previous hospital encounter.
Margarita went on to address Aaron’s comment about her being satanic, saying, “If anything came from ‘spirits’ or ‘satanic,’ it’s from Quinton’s side of the family.”
She also shared that Aaron knew the possibility of her still being legally married when they began their romantic relationship, saying that he was aware that her estranged husband had not yet signed their divorce papers — and refuses to do so.
After one month in the hospital, Aaron has made significant improvements. When he was first admitted, he was placed on life support as he battled a blood infection, a rare cyst on his spine and residual effects of his spinal stroke, TMZ reported. Before he collapsed, his legs became numb. When he was in the ambulance, he was in and out of consciousness.
Quinton Aaron Granted Restraining Order Against ‘Wife’ Margarita
Although Margarita was the one to help rush him to the hospital, at the beginning of his treatment, it was revealed that he and Margarita aren’t legally married. Aaron’s brother, Jarred, told TMZ that Margarita was unwelcome in the hospital and was restricted from making life-saving decisions for his brother. “I genuinely fear for my brother’s life,” Jarred told the outlet of Margarita’s involvement.
In a previous statement from Aaron’s family, shared with TMZ, they made their concerns about Margarita known.
“Since the health crisis of our beloved family member Quinton Aaron, we have raised some suspicions about the legitimacy of Quinton & Margarita’s ‘marriage’ to each other as well as her legitimacy as a registered nurse,” the statement said. “We have found some alarming details. We as a family believe Margarita isn’t who she claimed to be to us. This has caused us to want to investigate her further.”
Days before Aaron expressed that he is convinced that Margarita tried to kill him, it was revealed in court documents obtained by TMZ that Margarita has been court-ordered to stay away from the actor after his brother was able to get a restraining order granted.
To clarify some misinformation, Margaret is a LIAR. Quinton did not know she was in the process of divorce or that her husband wouldn’t sign the papers because according to her husband, there was no seperation. In his words, she just “stepped out”. She told her husband that she and Quinton were just friends and that she would be coming home. Her husband even sent her money while she was with Quinton and she told Quinton it was from her “rich uncle”. She misrepresented herself as a registered nurse the entire time until the family exposed her. Go look at the People Magazine about her, she says that she’s a registered nurse. Who does that? She is a liar, fraud and sociopath. Now that Quinton knows the truth, he wants nothing to do with her but she won’t accept it and is now stalking & harassing the whole family. She and Quinton went to a courthouse and got married. There is a marriage certificate, that’s why he thought they were legally married. You don’t get a certificate for a “Spiritual wedding”. She is sick, twisted bigamist and deserves to be locked up.
