“The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys” star Steven McBee Jr. is speaking out about ex-girlfriend Allie Eklund’s latest business move, and he believes the timing was no coincidence.
During the August 24 episode of the “Roxanne and Shantel Podcast,” Steven reacted to Allie promoting a beef tallow skincare product following the season 3 storyline involving Kacie Adkison’s own tallow business.
Allie previously considered getting involved in Kacie’s company, but the proposed partnership fell apart over a disagreement about ownership percentages.
The Bravo star said he was stunned to later see Allie promoting another tallow venture.
“It’s just mind-blowing,” Steven said. “And she posted about it on the day that Tate was born.”
Tate is the second daughter of Cole McBee and Kacie, who announced her arrival in August. Steven claimed Allie’s timing was “intentional.”
“It hasn’t stopped,” he added. “For three months straight, it’s been very frustrating.”

Steven said his family tried to remain mostly quiet after his relationship with Allie ended, but he now believes he needs to respond publicly to some of her claims.
“We thought things would die down with Allie and like, would move on, and that would be the end of it,” he said. “It has been a three-month smear campaign.”
Steven accused Allie of spreading “so many lies” and “misinformation or half-truths or complete narrative manipulation.”
He also questioned her personal interest in beef tallow skincare.
“Allie doesn’t [even] use tallow,” he alleged. “She didn’t use our tallow. She can’t put anything on her skin, or it breaks out. She tried Kacie’s tallow one time, too sensitive-skinned to ever use tallow.”
Steven then offered his own explanation for why he believes Allie became involved with another tallow product.
“The whole reason she’s coming out with a tallow product is because of this situation with Kacie, 100 percent,” he claimed.
Allie has previously promoted the product publicly, but Steven’s comments represent his version of the situation.

Steven also revealed new details about what allegedly happened behind the scenes as production attempted to finish season 3 of “The McBee Dynasty.”
He said filming initially wrapped in early February with the expectation that production would return for several pickup scenes.
“The finale was, I didn’t know how they were going to piece the finale together, because we really didn’t have a fully wrapped season yet,” Steven said.
He explained that pickup scenes are commonly used to help reality shows complete lingering storylines.
“This is what every reality show does,” he said. “It just helps piece together, you know, some final thoughts or wrap up some final thoughts, if there needs to be any closure.”
Steven claimed Allie refused to participate in those additional scenes unless she received more money.
He also acknowledged telling her what other women on the cast were earning.
“I definitely told her what the other girls were making,” Steven said. “That’s just something that you do. Like, you’re like, ‘Oh, you’re already making more than these other girls. Why are you asking for even more?’”
Steven said the situation particularly bothered him because he had already pushed production to increase Allie’s compensation.
“I literally used every bit of leverage to get her her rate that I possibly could,” he said.
He added that he had even been prepared to stop filming if she did not receive the amount she initially wanted.
“I literally was going to not film the show,” Steven said. “I was going to stop the show if she didn’t make what she wanted.”
“The McBee Dynasty” has not officially been renewed for season 4.
