Matt Damon’s daughter is carving her own path. Isabella Damon, daughter of Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso, is entering show business.
As first reported by Page Six, Isabella, 20, has signed with IMG Models. She joins other Hollywood daughters to take their first step in the business with the agency.
The agency also represents star children, including Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber’s daughter, Kai Schreiber; Jude Law and Sadie Frost’s daughter, Iris Law; and Victoria and David Beckham’s son, Romeo Beckham.
Isabella Is Matt Damon’s Second Daughter To Enter The Entertainment Industry
According to the IMG Models website, Isabella is based in New York. Her features have been described as a height of 5’8 (173 cms) and a shoe size of 9.
Isabella completed high school in Brooklyn in 2024. Matt Damon, 55, and Luciana Barroso’s, 50, second-oldest daughter has been attending New York University for the last two years.
Isabella is the first of Matt’s children to step in front of the camera. However, she isn’t the first to enter the same industry as her father.
Alexia Barroso, Luciana’s daughter from her first marriage, was adopted by Matt after their marriage. Alexia, 27, works as a photographer and videographer.
The sisters had collaborated in March. Alexia shared a snap from Isabella’s photoshoot, wearing a white fur coat paired with a black dress and black pointed-toe heels.
Matt Damon and Luciana Barroso are parents to four daughters: Alexia Barroso, 27, Isabella, 20, Gia, 17, and Stella, 15.
Matt And Isabella Damon Have A Close Relationship
Matt Damon has openly spoken about his daughters for years. According to “The Odyssey” star, his daughters don’t have a problem giving their dad a hard time.
“If the reviews come out and they’re terrible, then she’ll watch it,” Damon said about Isabella in a 2021 E! News interview. “If they come out and they’re good, she’s going to pass…She’s looking for ammunition all the time. She’s like one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. She’s really cool.”
In another interview with E! News, Matt had spoken about how dealing with Isabella leaving for college was “a lot.”
“We have a 26-year-old, so we’ve been through this once before, but it’s still a major adjustment for her sisters and for her sisters,” Damon told the outlet in 2024. “It’s a different household with one less person there. So, it’s a big adjustment.”
Isabella And Her Family Have Supported Matt Damon’s Career
Matt Damon’s globe-trotting career has taken him far from his family over the last two decades. But the “Good Will Hunting” star has credited his wife and daughters for always sticking by him.
In an interview with PEOPLE at “The Odyssey” premiere, Damon spoke of their “sacrifice.”
“It’s great because they had to sacrifice a lot too for this,” He told the outlet at “The Odyssey’s” London premiere. “I went away for a while; they came and visited, but it was a lot. It was a very long movie, very grueling shoot, and I’m really excited for my girls to see it tonight.
The family was photographed together at the event. Matt Damon and Luciano Barraso had brought all their daughters for the premiere for a rare public family outing.
With Isabella now entering her own career, it’s her father’s turn to support her ventures into the modeling world. The Oscar winner and lifelong friend Ben Affleck have been candid about becoming empty nesters soon.
In the meantime, Damon is running on major momentum after the $1 billion success of “The Odyssey.” His collaboration with Christopher Nolan has produced the director’s biggest commercial success to date.
